Repair of the base section of a Sennebogen 6113 telescopic crane

Place base boom telescopic section on flat bed.
Remove part of the damaged upper scale and lower scale and pre work and check remaining materials.
Pre work new upper scale and new lower scale.
Assemble, align, and weld new upper scale and new lower scale.
Check new upper scale and new lower scale butt welds by X-Ray method and other welding works by MPI method for cracks and/or indications.
Paint repaired parts in primer coating.
