Crane repair

Avezaat Cranes provides certified crane repair and overhaul services for mobile cranes, crawler cranes, lattice booms, telescopic booms, jibs, elevated platforms, spreaders and forklift trucks.

Our repair capabilities include structural repairs, crack repairs, boom section replacement, welding, machining, alignment, NDT inspections and complete crane overhauls. Every repair is carried out in accordance with the applicable manufacturer specifications and international standards.

Only certified materials up to S1100 are used for both repairs and newly manufactured crane structures. Thanks to our extensive steel stock and in house engineering expertise, we can respond quickly to emergency repairs and minimise downtime.

In addition to repairs, we manufacture complete lattice boom sections and structural crane components. All newly manufactured parts are supplied with the required certification and quality documentation.
