Mobile crane repair

We repair all types of mobile cranes, from telescopic and all terrain cranes to truck mounted and rough terrain machines. A damaged telescopic boom, a hydraulic failure, a drive problem or structural damage after an accident: we assess the machine, report on what needs to be done, and get it back into service in the shortest possible time. Repairs are carried out with certified material up to and including S1100 steel, and the CE marking of your crane remains applicable afterwards.

Crawler crane repair

Crawler cranes take a different kind of punishment. Track frames, rollers, sprockets, slew rings and lattice boom sections wear or deform under load. We repair and overhaul crawler cranes of every brand and capacity class, up to and including the largest machines in service. That includes lattice boom and jib sections, undercarriage components, winches, hydraulics, and complete structural rebuilds after fire, water or collapse damage. Sections can be blasted and coated in the colour of your choice before they go back on the machine.

Lattice booms, telescopic booms, jibs and mast sections. Hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, motors and winches. Drive lines, electronics, load moment indicators and safety systems. And complete recovery to operational condition after fire, water or collision damage.

Certified repairs

Avezaat Cranes holds the Germanischer Lloyd workshop approval and the approval for the welding of crane structures under ISO 3834. Only certified material up to and including S1100 is used. Repaired equipment can be supplied with certificates from TUV or another recognised body, and with a full guarantee.
